Slim Thug slammed people with face tattoos, saying those who have such tattoos have a "mental illness." Sexyy Red, who has a face tattoo, fired back at the rapper on October 13, saying she's "not sick."

"If you wrote someone's name on you, you might have a mental illness. This is a real, true assessment that I have to give you. If you got some sh** on your face, it's 100% mental illness. If you put somebody's name or if you put somebody's face on your face, go get your check."
Sexyy Red has a couple of tattoos on her face, including one of an ice cream cone, which is seemingly similar to Gucci Mane's tattoo.
Slim Thug questioned why someone would tattoo another person's face onto themselves. He noted that if someone is showcasing love by doing so, and they break up with their partner, they'll have to get the tattoo covered up.

Sexyy Red has been vocal about her tattoos. In a GQ interview posted on YouTube on December 6, Red used the word "ghetto" to describe her tattoos in broad terms.
The rapper revealed that she got her first tattoo, "Loyalty," on her chest when she was 16. She has her mother's name, "Andrea," tattooed on her right arm.
Red has the word "Sexyy" written on her chin, her son's name, "Chucky," beside her right eyebrow, and "St. Louis," where she's from, next to her right ear.
While talking about whether she's going to get any more, she said,
"But I don't think imma do no more. Everybody keeps saying, 'No don't put no more tattoos on your face."
She has "Sexyy Red" written on her backside, a Barbie tattoo in pink on her left leg from when she was in high school. The artist has "Sexyy Devil" written on the back of her legs, a "bad girl" sign inked with a heart and a devil tail.
The singer used to have eczema, which left marks on her skin, and she used tattoos to cover the marks on her left leg.
The list also includes flames on her legs, a heart tattoo alongside two roses on her neck, a big butterfly tattoo on her backside, and two other butterflies on other parts of her body, matching bows with her friends on her chest.
She has another tattoo saying "Daddy" to tribute her stepdad on her left arm, a breast cancer sign on her right arm, two paws on her hands, "boss" on her hand with some dollar signs, and more tattoos.
While talking about why she got so many tattoos, Sexyy Red said she finds them "therapeutic sometimes."
