Joseph McNally, the United States Attorney, stated at a press conference highlighting:

"The allegations in the complaint unsealed today reveal a criminal enterprise that engaged in murder, extortion, human trafficking, and fraud – all led by a supposed anti-gang activist and purported music entrepreneur who was nothing more than a violent street criminal."

Here's what we know about Operation Draw Down and cops arresting Bricc Baby

Police called the arrest of Bricc Baby, Luce Cannon, Big U, and other members from Los Angeles in a Rollin' 60s C0rips takedown 'Operation Draw Down.' With Henley's prominence and link with the Rollin’ 60s, the Big U Enterprise threatened many in Los Angeles.

Additionally, the attorney's office accused Big U, the leader of the Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips street gang, of shooting 21-year-old Rashawn Williams in the face in January 2021. As reported by Complex, Henley shot Williams for releasing a song dissing him.

While speaking at the press conference on Saturday, McNally announced federal charges against Big U:

"We are here to announce federal charges against Eugene Henley Jr., a career criminal known as ‘Big U,’ who used his contacts and leadership role in the Crips criminal street gang, the entertainment industry and a youth charity to further his own criminal enterprise."

According to a report by the United States Attorney's Office, Central District of California, the cops also got hold of Sylvester Robinson of Northridge and Mark Martin of Los Angeles's Beverlywood area. They were arrested on Wednesday based on the complaint against Eugene Henley.

The United States Attorney shared further information about the arrest indicating that the authorities took this significant step:

"To make our communities safer and rid our streets of these criminal street gangs, including ones operated by violent felons like Mr. Henley, who are posing as savvy businessmen and community leaders but in the end are violent criminals."

Detailed information about arresting Bricc Baby has not yet been announced publicly. The rapper was previously arrested in 2017 and 2023. According to a HotNewHipHop report, the authorities arrested the rapper in 2017 alleging an armed robbery.
