Amidst the rumors of Michelle and Barack Obama's alleged separation, journalist and political commentator Megyn Kelly has said such an incident would be a "political earthquake" for the Democratic circles and America.
The rumors have erupted at a time when there is a social media frenzy over an alleged connection between former President Barack Obama and Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston.
“I don’t know whether it is true, but if it is, it truly would be a political earthquake in Democratic circles, never mind America,” Kelly said regarding the alleged separation.

All the divorce rumors speculating online have emerged after Michelle Obama skipped former US President Jimmy Carter's funeral service and President Donald Trump's Inauguration.
Megyn Kelly of The Megyn Kelly Show talked about the speculations that former US President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama may be allegedly splitting. Kelly stated, as seen in a post shared by internet personality Collin Rugg on X:
"There seems to be some momentum picking up in the rumor mill about their marriage. First, on January 15, in the substack of Jessica Reed Kraus, also known as House Inhabit, she posts the following: Michelle Obama's absence at Jimmy Carter's funeral certainly raised some eyebrows, but yesterday's announcement that she won't be attending Trump's inauguration confirms something is definitely going on between her and Barack."
She goes on to state that the blog alleges that there may be a rift brewing between the Obamas, noting that Michelle's absence at the presidential inauguration may be proof that their marriage is "on the rocks." She also added that the couple may announce that a separation is imminent soon enough, as "timing is everything."
As for Jennifer Anniston's alleged connection to the former president, she read aloud a DM that Kraus allegedly received that states that the former is allegedly dating Obama, and she admitted to it in front of a psychic. "It's definitely not a secret among her closest friends," the blog states.
Kelly also went on to point out that just days ago, Megan McCain echoed the allegations of separation on her own show while speaking with reporter Tera Palmeri. The latter concurred, adding that she'd heard the rumors as well, much before Michelle conceded that she wouldn't be attending the inauguration.
Kelly's post on her X and Instagram profiles included a leaked DM from Aniston's circles that suggests the actress might be allegedly dating Barack Obama along with an alleged separation between the former President and former First Lady.
Upon catching wind of the rumors, Anniston was quick to shut them down. She said during an October 2024 episode on Jimmy Kimmel Live! show:
"I was not mad at it, but that is absolutely untrue. I’ve met him once. I know Michelle more than him."
