What did Meghan Markle say about flower sprinkles? Duchess of Sussex's "obsession" receives backlash

Former actress Meghan Markle’s flower sprinkle commentary has received comments from netizens and actors. On April 24, 2025, Jessica Sibley interviewed Markle at the TIME100 summit. At one point in the interview, Sibley brought up the context of flower sprinkles and asked the former actress to talk about it, to which she said:

“It's like a little fairy, if I could just be tossing them around all the time.”

When asked to explain more about flower sprinkles, she said:

“I think it speaks to the tiny moments of joy that are so effortless and just create a little bit of magic that we are all craving in our everyday. They are tiny little flower petals that are dried. I started putting them on salads. I started putting them on scrambled eggs. It didn't actually matter on a yogurt parfait.”

At the time, they were into Meghan Markle's show, where she took on a lifestyle guru role similar to Martha Stewart. He mentioned that Meghan had introduced something called flower sprinkles that could be used on food, and both he and Lizzie were intrigued and wanted to try them out. On April 2, an X user (@TheRealAlexis) wrote:
