On Monday, December 23, Jodie Turner-Smith made an allegation about Joshua Jackson, her former husband. In a filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the Acolyte actress alleged that Jackson has not paid child support since their separation last year.

She also added,
"Now, he is reneging on that promise and using litigation tactics and delay to pressure me into agreeing to a settlement that is neither equitable nor has any legal foundation."
