A fight involving 4 to 5 people broke out at Mariah Carey's Baltimore concert on December 7 at Maryland's CFG Bank Arena. As per TMZ, who first reported the incident, the altercation took place after a drink was thrown during a choir rendition of the encore set, which was a prelude for Carey's All I Want for Christmas Is You performance.
As per the outlet, several punches were thrown, and one person landed up in a dangerous headlock. As per witnesses present at the concert, security intervened to put an end to the fight; however, the reason behind the fight is still unknown.
As seen in the videos posted online, a fan can be seen pointing her camera to highlight a fight between two women, one blond and one with curly hair. The curly-haired woman appeared to push the blond woman, and the blond woman responded by splashing her drink. This caused the curly-haired woman to smack the blond woman in the face.
A man tried to stop the fight by putting his arm in between the two women while another man started yelling at the curly-haired woman. This caused the men to fight.
Despite the chaos, Carey remained focused and delivered a flawless performance to the delight of her fans in attendance.

The tour includes 20 cities and kicked off in early November with three shows in Southern California. It will wrap up with a trio of concerts in the New York/New Jersey area in mid-December.
Carey did a tour premiere at Highland's Yaamava Theater on November 6 and an intimate teaser for a much bigger show at the Hollywood Bowl on November 8. She also performed at the Acrisure Arena in the Palm Springs Arena on November 13. Carey has more concerts planned for December 13 at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, and another at the UBS Arena in Belmont Park, NY, on December 15, and finally at the Brooklyn Barclays Center on December 17.
Carey's first and most popular Christmas album was released thirty years ago, but it wasn't until 2014 that she began paying tribute to the album with special live performances. A themed residency at the Beacon Theater in New York was the first of many such performances.
