Sean Diddy Combs was named again in a lawsuit filed by his former employee, Phillip Pines. Similar to the ‘freak-offs,’ he labeled the series of events as ‘Wild King Nights’ where Combs would allegedly indulge in s*x and dr*g abuse. The lawsuit was filed on December 23, 2024, in Los Angeles and accused Combs of harassment, trafficking, and s*xual battery.
The employee was hired in 2019 to be Combs’ senior executive assistant. He was allegedly asked to get the rooms ready for the Wild Kings Nights besides serving ice, alcohol, intoxicants, dr*gs, and s*x toys. Occasionally, he would be asked to bring more of these items.
Pines also claimed that he was forced to engage in a physical act with a woman. The timeline of abuse was between December 2019 and December 2021. He alleged that during Diddy’s 51st birthday party, he exposed a guest to the COVID-19 virus as he was already affected and asked Pines to clean up after the party was over.
Reportedly, he would clean the rooms to remove any evidence of drugs or bodily fluids while ensuring that other used items were taken away. Pines had to ensure everyone was tight-lipped about the events, even if that required bribing housecleaning staff. Additionally, he had to look for videos from the rapper’s devices and dispose of them as needed.
Diddy’s legal team shared a statement with Variety stating that he had never engaged in s*xual assault or s*x trafficking and was confident in the judicial process to uncover the truth, emphasizing that lawsuits can be filed for any reason.
Some of the other allegations against Diddy by Phillip Pines explored
Philip Pines was initially hired to get meals ready and organize the hip-hop mogul’s clothes, but his role gradually changed. Nevertheless, he had to stay loyal to Diddy, and his loyalty was tested repeatedly. According to Variety, he was asked to come to the hip-hop mogul’s place on one occasion just to get him the remote.
In his lawsuit, he mentioned witnessing Combs hit someone in Miami, after which he was made to stay silent about the events. Pines had to be available throughout the Wild King Nights days, as the activities would last for several days. According to a TMZ report, he now seeks damages.
He recounted another incident where Combs, accompanied by two female guests, pressured him into having s*x with one of them. Although he hoped the guest would decline, she agreed. He engaged briefly and left the room, feeling distressed.
Diddy is currently facing over 30 lawsuits and has been denied bail by Judge Arun Subramaniam in November 2024. Subramanian highlighted evidence indicating that Combs posed a significant risk of witness tampering and had attempted to conceal unauthorized communications while in custody. Diddy’s trial is scheduled for May 2025.
