On February 7, 2025, West took to his X to share multiple tweets deemed controversial by media outlets and stakeholders.

Kai Cenat, during his recent online stream on February 7, 2025, seemed to address the issue without naming the rapper. He said the livestream had been called off after he became aware of the tweets. The online streamer stated:

“I'm gonna go ahead and address the elephant in the room. I seen the tweets, my ni**a. I seen the tweets, bro. I seen the tweets! I don't know what's going on, bro. I think it’s GGs! Hey look, I think it is GGs. I think, I don't know, bro. I don’t know.”

As per reports, the term GGs is a gaming slang that signals the end of an event. In gaming, GG usually means a match or session is over, so dropping that term suggests the stream might not happen after all. While Kai Cenat didn’t directly say the livestream was canceled, his words sparked speculation that he might be pulling the plug on the event.

While announcing the streaming in January 2025, Kai Cenat shared that he had a phone call with Kanye West, who was eager for him to visit Japan. He mentioned they needed to make plans quickly and that West seemed in a great mood.

Cenat joked that it could all be an elaborate prank but emphasized that they had been talking regularly. He described Kanye West as a good person and believed there was a strong chance, about 90%, that he would be open to doing the stream.

In a video posted on the streamer’s YouTube channel, he was seen greeting the rapper after he got out of his car with his wife Bianca Censori. After waiting for some time, Kai Cenat went up to him and asked:

“How you doing, Ye? Ye, what’s going on browski? Good? Nice seeing you bro.”

After Kanye West replied, Cenat said:

“Yes, Sir. I will see you tonight.”
