Clayton Echard is pushing back on his former girlfriend Gabby Windey's criticism of his dance moves. During her appearance on the Thursday, April 3, Episode of the Las Culturistas podcast, Windey, 34, slammed her former partner's dance moves, noting that they
“will make you run … you’ll wish you didn’t have eyes.”
However, the 31-year-old Season 26 The Bachelor alum is now calling her remarks “bullying.” In an Instagram video that came out on April 6, he retorted:
“You’re attacking me for my physical appearance, you’re attacking me for a passion that I love that’s changed my life. It’s unnecessary and it’s not funny,” Echard added.
“You have such a large platform and you’re setting a really bad example, which is just disheartening. I don’t want people to be scared to try something new because [of] bullying online, like what you’re doing. Do better Gabby.”

Clayton Echard has frequently shared videos of himself dancing on social media since 2023, and Gabby Windey dated on season 26 of the ABC reality show. However, they parted ways when the former, a medical sales representative, decided to pursue a romance with Susie Evans instead.
While together in the After the Final Rose special, Clayton Echard and Susie Evans parted ways for good in September 2023. In his video on Instagram, he shared that dancing has helped him grow as a person:
“[Dancing] has brought so much self love and self confidence that I’m truly so grateful to have found something that I get to work on myself every day and challenge myself,” he said. “I’m not the greatest at it and I’m aware of that, I’m not delusional but it’s me versus me every single day I get into that studio and it’s movement therapy and it’s allowed me to release a lot of my anger and frustrations.”
He also revealed that he and Windey haven't been in contact for three years, but she continues to take jibes at him, noting that it's unnecessary at this point.
Windey, who got married just this January to comedian Robby Hoffman, slammed her former beau back in October 2023 as well. At the time, the latter was accused of being the father of one of his former fling's twins, though the same has since been debunked by Echard in an Instagram video.
“I feel like that’s the wrong tone for being accused of being a dad of twins. This isn’t how I would respond. At least match the seriousness of this," Windey said on The Viall Files podcast at the time.
