Blake Lively has officially leveled sexual assault allegations against her It Ends With Us, co-star and director Justin Baldoni. The suit was filed over the weekend at the California Civil Rights Department and follows months-old reports of a beef between the two on set.

Baldoni is married to Emily Baldoni, a fellow actress. She, along with their kids, Maiya, 9, and Maxwell, 7, made a cameo appearance in the film's final scene, when they're at the farmer's market.

The two children who ran into him are Baldoni's. During an August 9 interview with Today, Emily reflected on her husband's accomplishments:

"This guy does everything with so much heart and so much integrity, and he’s just wonderful at what he does. So I’m super proud,” she says. “Making movies is not easy.”

Here's everything we know about Blake Lively's lawsuit against Justin Baldoni as she accuses him of lewd comments, behavior, and more

In addition to the s*xual allegations, Blake Lively has also accused the Jane the Virgin alum of executing a smear campaign to "destroy" her image.

As reported by BBC, the legal filing states that Baldoni and his crew took jibes at her and her husband, Ryan Reynold's public image, when she requested an "all-hands-on-deck meeting" to address the "repeated sexual harassment and other disturbing behavior" Baldoni was allegedly displaying at the time.

However, Justin Baldoni's legal counsel has since refuted the allegations, noting that they are all "categorically false." They also revealed that they resorted to hiring a crisis manager in August as at the time, Blake Lively had demanded her needs be met or she would deliberately impact the film.

Per TMZ, Justin Baldoni's legal counsel is rubbishing Lively's claims as nothing but "a false attempt to rehab her reputation." His lawyer also contends that the lawsuit is Blake's attempt at "fixing her negative reputation," referring to the allegations as "false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt." Distractify has reported.

Blake's filing also contends that both Baldoni and the Wayfarer chief executive officer, Jamey Heath, showcased

"inappropriate and unwelcome behavior towards Ms Lively and others on the set of It Ends With Us."

Furthermore, it claims that 30 demands were made at the meeting to circumvent any hurdles during the making of the film.

Per AOL, these demands include:

“no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni’s alleged previous ‘pornography addiction,’ no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew’s genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake’s weight, and no further mention of Blake’s dead father.”

Per BBC, the complaint reads, in part:

"no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex, or on camera climaxing by BL [Blake Lively] outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project."

Reportedly, Justin Baldoni has since been fired by his agency, WME. Following Blake's complaint on a Friday, the decision to oust the actor was taken on a Saturday morning, Deadline has reported. As for his talent agency, they continue to manage him.
