Nickelodeon alum Victoria Justice is joining Robbie Amell to star in Josh Trank's horror thriller Send A Scare. Both actors are joining an impressive ensemble of Karan Soni, Noel Fisher, Mackinlee Waddell, and Adain Bradley.

The film is being written by Andrew Ryan, making it an original story that Josh Trank is set to direct. Trank's previous work includes 2015's Fantastic Four, the found footage film Chronicle, and the biographical film Capone.

Set to be a thriller, Send A Scare will revolve around a systematic startup that allows people to send scares to their friends and family. Chaos happens when the system is hijacked by a serial killer who uses it to fulfill his own plans.

The film is being backed by Ryan Scaringe of Kinogo Pictures and Austin Lantero of Range Media Partners while Steven Schneider is the Executive producer alongside Victoria Justice, Robbie Amell, Andrew Ryan, Josh Trank, and Amy Lippens.

Send a Scare will be Trank's fourth directorial debut after the negative reception he received in his previous projects. Seeing a cast that is known to bear talent and incredible success, Send A Scare could be Trank's big break in the industry.
