Popular online streamer Kai Cenat’s latest trailer for his upcoming streaming event, Mafiathon 2, showcases Kim Kardashian in the role of his therapist. The trailer depicts Cenat as a senior member of a mafia-like organization as he visits his therapist to discuss his experiences.

As Kim asks him about his recent actions, Cenat enthusiastically reminisces about his adventurous experiences, which include spending a brief time in a fake prison, launching a basketball league, and even inciting a riot in New York City. Internet users couldn’t hold their reactions after the trailer’s launch. One X user wrote:

Mafiathon 2 is set to begin on November 1, 2024. In the new trailer, Kim suggests that Kai Cenat undertake a "30-day streaming marathon" as part of his treatment during which he will eat, sleep, and shower in front of the camera the entire time.

Nevertheless, Kai surpassed the 300K subscriber mark in February 2023, solidifying his position as the king of Twitch. This milestone allowed him to break Ludwig's previous record of 283K subscribers, set during his own subathon in April 2021.
This achievement established the leading content creator on Twitch as one of the most-watched creators across all platforms in less than two years of streaming.
Additionally, Kai Cenat achieved the highest number of hours watched by a single creator in a month, with 43 million hours in February 2023, breaking the previous record of 38.9 million hours held by xQc in May 2021.
Kai Cenat's Mafiathon event generated over 46 million hours watched and averaged 66.6K viewers throughout the broadcast. Each day, he attracted an average of 599K unique registered viewers, who sent about 540K chat messages daily. By March 2, 2023, he accumulated 16 million chat mentions.
