Fresh and Fit is a well-known podcast hosted by Myron Gaines and Walter Weekes that promotes a self-improvement guide in addition to providing the truth to men about females, finances, and fitness, as mentioned in its YouTube biography. However, recent developments in the affairs of the podcast did not seem quite alright.
An unpleasant behind-the-scenes video of the Fresh and Fit podcast has gone viral on social media which showed Gaines having a loud argument with a girl, who also happened to be one of the episode guests. As she recorded the verbal altercation, the girl said,
“Just know that these people right here are going to make you all feel like sh*t. They’re gonna try and demean y’all.”
She continued,
“He doesn’t even know what braids are. Yeah, he doesn’t even know who is talking to. You b*tches won’t have no mother*cking job after me..”
Although her name is unknown yet, she appeared on the November 18, 2024, episode of the Fresh and Fit Podcast. What led to the heated argument between the girl and Myron Gaines is unclear. She then left the studio and was about to exit the place as the argument continued.
There was also an exchange of abusive words between them as the host shamed her based on her looks and appearance. After that, the girl took out her phone and started recording the situation as two female crew members stood as a human barrier between her and Gaines, guarding the doorway.
Myron Gaines wrote that the girl attacked one of the Fresh and Fit crew members
As the girl was leaving the place when the elevator arrived, she allegedly attacked one of the female Fresh and Fit crew members who was guarding the doorway. This led to a counterattack from the female crew member while the other girl also joined in the fight.
As seen in the video and also written by Myron Gaines, the two crew members had the girl in a headlock which made her immobile at least for a minute.
Gaines then tried to intervene and broke the fight and ultimately one of the female crew members stayed with her in the elevator to possibly escort her out of the building while the doors closed. According to Myron Gaines’ post,

“This girl kept claiming "racism" while calling girls on the panel "white" and "bi*ches" for 2+ hours prior to this altercation. She then attacked a girl on my staff while being escorted out and my staff member f**ked her up. I got in the middle and broke it up despite my staff member having her in a headlock and being able to beat her a**.”
Internet users had reactions to this incident. While some supported the Fresh and Fit crew members saying what they did was right, others criticized the podcast for being ‘misogynistic.’ Myron Gaines had also posted similar content on X in which he appeared to body shame women as he suggested bringing back ‘bullying.’
