On Monday, January 20, Kanye West took to Instagram to upload a series of posts of him and North hanging out at the studio while he recorded Bully. In the first post, his caption read:
“This little girl made me love music again [smiling face with tears emoji]. She asked me to make beats for her I got back on the ASR Chopped up beats for her album and chopped every beats with my bare hand for BULLY.”
Apart from expressing his love and crediting his daughter for rekindling his love for music, he also uploaded a video of her experimenting on an ASR-10 sampling keyboard. His cousin and artist Tony Williams were also present, and the caption read "training."
Furthermore, he gave a shoutout to Master P, whom he referred to as his "hero," accompanied by a series of screenshots of the songs he was listening to by Scarface and Souls of Mischief.
As for his upcoming album, Bully, his 11th studio album, the Chicago native has been teasing fans with a potential collaboration with Mike Dean. Earlier this month, he uploaded two photos from his The Life of Pablo premiere at Madison Square Garden in 2016. In one photo, he can be seen next to Dean, while in the other, he's next to Tony Williams.
