The Woman In The Yard is an upcoming horror film from Blumhouse Productions and Universal Pictures. It's directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, while the script is by Sam Stefanak. Jason Blum and Stephanie Allain have produced it under their banner Blumhouse Productions and Homegrown Pictures along with Ombra Films. It will be released on March 28, 2025.

Universal Pictures released the second trailer of their forthcoming horror film The Woman In The Yard. The two-minute and 26-second trailer begins by establishing the central family of the story. The family consists of a woman and her two children, a son and a daughter, and their pet dog. One day, her children notice that there is a woman dressed in all black standing outside their house in broad daylight.
The woman who uses a walking aid approaches the woman in black. The video then shows that the protagonist's husband is dead. The trailer then showcases a series of moments from the film as we see the lady in the yard terrorizing and taunting the family.

The film is helmed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who has earlier directed horror flicks like Orphan and House of Wax. The film has Danielle Deadwyler playing the lead role of Ramona. She has been a part of films like Till, The Piano Lesson, and A Cross To Bear, among others.
