Shang Chi star Awkwafina has just joined the cast of the star-studded upcoming film The Man With A Bag. The actress will be joining Arnold Schwarzenegger and Alan Ritchson in the holiday comedy that will be brought to fans by Adam Shankman.
The Man With A Bag will be produced by Amazon MGM studios and is an original screenplay written by Allan Rice. Awkwafina's role in the film has not yet been revealed to fans, but knowing the actress' stardom, it will probably be an integral one.
Arnold Schwarzenegger will be playing Santa in The Man With A Bag, while Alan Ritchson plays a thief named Vance. The plot of the film revolves around Santa losing his bag of presents on Christmas and having to turn to Vance and a group of weirdos to find it back. The official synopsis of the film reads:
“When Santa’s magic bag is stolen, he turns to his naughty list to find Vance, a former thief, to help him get it back. Along with his daughter, Santa, and a group of misfit elves, Vance will have to pull off the greatest heist of his life to save Christmas.”
