Adam22, the creator and host of the podcast No Jumper, made headlines on November 11. He took to X to share that he had just found out his "side chick," who is pregnant, voted for President-elect Donald Trump in this year's elections. He noted that the information was a lot for him, and he would stay off his socials for a bit.
Here's what he said:
"I just found out my pregnant side chick voted for Trump. Might deactivate for a bit. This is a lot to process."
However, several social media users swooped in to defend his partner, noting that she was wifey material. Here's what one user asserted:
"That's marriage material Adam."
Many more weighed in:
"She’s obv the smarter one," one user tweeted.
"Good learn from her," another encouraged.
"Side chick" somehow *isn't* disrespectful but voting for the other guy is too far. Get your mind right man. The left is all about women's rights but only if they delete the baby and vote for the one the media tells them to. Any girl being fine with being labeled a side chick has issues and should seek professional help outside their circle of friends," somebody else opined.
"Adam you and your entire family voted for Trump," another claimed.
The varied reactions didn't end there, as more and more chimed in:
"which pregnant side chick you talking about???" someone asked.
" you know damn well you voted for trump too st*u," another pointed out.
"Damn she’s the [goat emoji]," someone else cheered on.
Others, however, dissed the podcaster, his wife, and his way of life.
Adam Grandmaison joins the long line of trump critics on X
Adam22, born Adam Grandmaison, also took to X in July, right around the time Trump became the target of an attempted assassination. His tweet went viral in no time, drawing varied reactions from MAGA supporters and Democrats alike. He tweeted:
"Sure, Trump was shot today but think about all of the hundreds of trans women who were shot today that didn't make the news."
Adam22 isn't the only media personality to poke fun at the former president turned president-elect. For example, renowned author Philip Pullman joked, “Goodbye, America. It was nice knowing you.”, while Stephen King wrote:
“There’s a sign you can see in many shops that sell beautiful but fragile items: LOVELY TO LOOK AT, DELIGHTFUL TO HOLD, BUT ONCE YOU BREAK IT, THEN IT’S SOLD. You can say the same about democracy.”
Donald Trump's niece weighed in, taking to X to speak on behalf of her family:
"I am so deeply sorry. I thought better of us.”
No Jumper is a podcast hosted on YouTube that boasts over 4.81 million subscribers. It primarily revolves around the hip-hop world, with slight nods to politics.
