Kendrick Lamar performing his Drake diss track, Not Like Us, during Super Bowl LIX halftime show got many to talk on social media.
The choice of track further divided the netizens. Some hyped up the performance, while others criticized K.Dot for supposedly targeting Drizzy, as the latter’s former girlfriend and tennis icon Serena Williams appeared during the halftime performance. As Kendrick was performing Not Like Us, Williams was captured on camera crip walking.

Amidst all the reactions on social media, DeAndre Cortez Way, better known as Soulja Boy, has also joined in the conversation on Lamar-Drizzy beef. Soulja took to his official X account to call Drizzy a “b*tch.”
Although it’s unclear what incident the Atlanta rapper referred to when he targeted Drizzy, it got many on the internet to react. A user compared Soulja Boy’s outburst with that of Kanye West’s recent controversial X posts,
“Soulja and Kanye lowkey be on the same type of timing when it comes to being reckless.”

Soulja Boy targeting his We Made It collaborator, Drizzy, is not new, but it caught many off guard on social media. Many gave their opinions on Soulja’s remarks, some even criticizing him.
“Here we go. Ye goes n Soulja comes. 😂,” a user commented.
“You ain’t Kanye little bro 🤣,” another user added.
“From Ye rants to Soulja boy trolling. I love this app,” someone responded.
“Yo W** is happening in the industry? From Kanye to Kendrick and now souljaboy. This week might just be very long!,” another one added.
A user suggested how Drizzy lost against Lamar and said,
“he dead rn but we can beef. im bored anyway.”
Another user lambasted Soulja Boy,
“Grown male adult in his mid 30’s still acting like it’s 2010 it’s crazy.”
Someone pointed out,
“Tagging him because he wouldn't care either way 😬.”
Another one said confusingly,
“Damn man I thought you was on his side thru it draco!!!!”
A user even shared the famous 50 Cent meme and wrote,
“Drake RN.”
As mentioned, the Atlanta rapper has commented on 6 God on different occasions. In 2019, during his The Breakfast Club interview, Soulja Boy accused Drizzy of copying his flow, “word for word, bar for bar,” in his song Miss Me from the former’s What’s Hannenin. Later in 2024, Soulja Boy wrote on X in a now-deleted post (about Drizzy and K.Dot’s beef),
“You disappointed me. @Drake”
In 2025, Soulja Boy again posted about 6 God, writing,
“Time to disappear. PS Drake u went out sad [referring to the rapper’s beef with Kendrick Lamar].”
Drizzy, on the other hand, hasn’t addressed Soulja Boy anywhere. Currently, the Champagne Papi is on his Anita Max Win Tour, while the fans are waiting for his next album drop, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U. The forthcoming album sees Drizzy collaborating with Canadian singer-songwriter PartyNextDoor.
