Many revisited Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s infamous feud from 2024 when the former won five Grammys for his diss track Not Like Us.

The song also won Record of the Year at the prestigious award night, where the crowd at Crypto.com Arena cheered for Lamar while screaming his “A Minor” bar. Although many on social media tried trolling the 6 God with the same clip, a section supported the God’s Plan rapper by calling out the industry.

The latest on the list to lambast the music industry and Grammys crowd is Sneako, who felt Kendrick didn’t “deserve” the award.

In a recent Rumble Stream, Sneako said,

“I actually don't agree at all. I mean, I am going to the Super Bowl, but I think Drake is totally vindicated in how he feels about the industry turning on him. [Because] I think with the Grammys… It was weird. I don't think Kendrick deserved a Grammy. I'm actually really excited to see Drake come back from all this, because he was right. Dr. Dre high-fiving Lucian Grainge [Universal Music Group CEO], f*** that bro, f*** that.”

He further called out many in the Grammys crowd for their hypocrisy. Sneako claimed those yelling “A Minor” were associated with the controversial rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. Sneako said,

“They're doing it because Drake has been winning so that's literally the only reason. But you… look at the… think about this, the irony of everyone at the Grammys, who have all been to Diddy parties, yelling ‘A Minor!’ Like everyone at the Grammys, you f*** minors. You are all at the Diddy baby oil parties and you're accusing Drake of doing what you do.”

He claimed that people think Drizzy is "crazy for suing or thinking the industry is turning on him," and further said,

“ It's because he's been number 1 for so long, it gets under their skin. They can't stand and they can't compete with him. No friends in the industry. When Drake makes his comeback and really gets revenge on people, I'm gonna love every second of it.”

Interestingly, Drizzy has seemingly responded to the online trolling during his recent concert in Australia. Read on to learn about what 6 God said addressing his audience.

The Push Ups rapper kicked off his Anita Max Wynn Tour in Australia’s Perth on February 4, 2025. A clip of him closing out his first show also went viral, where Drizzy is apparently delivering a message. He is heard saying,

“My name is Drake. I started in 2008, I came all the way from Toronto, Canada. The year is now 2025, and no matter what, Drizzy Drake is very much still alive, and that’s all thanks to you [addressing his fans in the crowd].”

Drizzy’s response seems directed at the people attacking him after Kendrick Lamar won five Grammys recently. During his next show in Perth on February 5, the Family Matters artist made another announcement about his next solo album. In a video captured by a fan, Drizzy is saying,

“Eventually when the time is right, Drizzy Drake alone by himself is gonna have to have a one-on-one talk to y’all. When the time is right, I’ll be back with another album — a one-on-one conversation with y’all that you need to hear.”

Although it’s unclear when Drizzy will drop his next solo album, his next collaborative project with PartyNextDoor is Valentine’s Day. The upcoming collaborative album has been titled $ome $**y $ongs 4 U.

On the other hand, Kendrick Lamar will perform during the Super Bowl LIX halftime show. However, it is still unclear whether the headline performer will perform Not Like Us during the show on Sunday, February 9, 2025.
