A video circulating on social media depicts Blueface's aunt, Karletta, declaring that the rapper is now a married man. She claimed that he tied the knot with Chrisean Rock, and called on everyone to "put some respect" on their name. However, Blueface's mom. Karlissa, swiftly took to Instagram to clear the air.
In a series of posts and stories, she vehemently refuted said claims and shamed her sister for being "thirsty for clout" and using her son's name for the same. As expected, however, the internet had a lot to say. Here's what someone commented:

The internet was ostensibly divided between those who thought Blueface secretly got hitched and those who didn't. Notably, there was also the third category of people who pointed out that while he may have gotten hitched, it wasn't "for love." Instead, they claimed, it was likely a facade to gain attention.

Just this January, multiple outlets broke the news that Blueface and Chrisean Rock had tied the knot. However, all that was disproven when TMZ published an article revealing that all of it was for a music video. In several videos and images circulating online, the couple can be seen sporting proper wedding attire.
While the Crazy In Love star was clad in a white wedding gown and a veil, her partner wore a cream tuxedo. The two were surrounded by several people, all of whom appeared to be close friends, including rapper DDG. Notably, his mother, Karlissa, was nowhere to be seen.
However, the two took to social media to share footage from behind the scenes, seemingly confirming that no wedding bells were being rung that day. The following day, the Thotiana rapper sat down for an appearance on Revolt’s The Jason Lee Show to divulge that marriage may never be in the cards for him:
"No! I don’t believe in marriage, but I love her," he said.
