Some users are pointing out that being in jail is not something to be proud of, while others claim it makes sense why Blueface is the way he is, given his mother's personality. Rapper Blueface has been behind bars for about a year now after he turned himself in for allegedly violating his probation. At the time of writing, reportedly over 900 inmates are helping fight the fires, prompting users to wonder if Blueface was one of them.

His mother took to a live stream to clear the air, noting that her son willfully took a break from his social life to be rehabilitated instead:

"Are they making Blue fight fires? They don't make rich n****s go fight fires in jail now," she said. "They might make your son fight the fire though, not mine, but they might make yours. He paying his taxes to be in there, okay? He in rehab. My son is in jail rehab, okay? He taking a break from life, he in rehab, he getting rehabilitated."
