Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good have been going steady as a couple. Good stood by him through all his legal battles, even after they affected her professional life. Not only did it affect her professionally, but it also affected her social life.

Good and Majors got involved romantically in May 2023. The Creed III actor and the Harlem actress got hitched just a few days back in an intimate ceremony at their Los Angeles residence, according to a source that confirmed the same to People Magazine.

The newly married couple recently appeared on The Breakfast Club podcast, where Majors talked about their relationship and how his legal issues affected Good. Things went south for Majors in December 2023 when he was charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and harassment against Grace Jabbari, his former girlfriend, and then found guilty.

During the podcast, Majors opened up about how his legal battles affected Good and mentioned that she even lost certain jobs because of him. Not only that, people wouldn't invite her to social gatherings, as they knew if she would attend some party, he would be tagging along with her as well. However, the 35-year-old actor also mentioned that none of this mattered to Meagan as she was genuinely committed to him and still is.

Jonathan Majors said,

"I don’t think she mind me saying, they weren’t announcing it, but she lost endorsements, we got uninvited to stuff. She got uninvited to stuff because she had shown just how down she was and they knew if Meg was coming, Jay’s coming."

Majors further added about Good saying:

"She took an incredible hit. "

Jonathan Majors opens up about his marriage to Meagan Good

Majors recently appeared on the chat show Sherri, where he came to promote his movie Magazine Dreams and became emotional while talking about marrying Meagan. He talked about how much he loved Meagan and that it was his long-time plan to get married to her.

Interestingly, he also mentioned going to Meagan's father to ask for his permission regarding the marriage. Jonathan's mother officiated the marriage ceremony, as she is a pastor. Majors then added:

"My mother came. My mother's a pastor, and she came from Dallas where I'm from. We had my mom come, and she came to the L.A. screening [of Magazine Dreams]. My mother had never been to one of my screenings. And we had told her that, 'Hey, we're gonna do this thing.' And we did. My mother married us yesterday. Her mother was there. We had these rings, and we got them engraved in Hawaii after I spoke with her father again."

In November 2024, the actress flaunted her diamond engagement ring while posing on the red carpet at the EBONY Power 100 Gala, confirming the couple's engagement.

Magazine Dreams was released in theaters on March 21.
