Fashion stylist Rachel Zoe and her husband Rodger Berman are parting ways after 26 years of marriage. On September 10, Zoe took to her Instagram to share the news and mentioned it was a mutual decision. She announced that their children would be their priority and they would continue co-parenting them.
“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage. We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together. Our number one priority has been and will always be our children,” Rachel Zoe wrote.
The stylist also requested privacy during this transition period. The newly separated couple has two sons Skyler, 13 and Kaius, 11. Zoe and Berman have been quite popular in the fashion industry. Zoe reportedly worked as a power stylist for Nicole Richie.
In April 2021, Zoe reportedly shared with 'People' magazine that she and Berman maintained certain boundaries to avoid being overly dependent on one another. She emphasized the importance of balancing a shared life with personal independence, noting that relying entirely on a partner for happiness and purpose can create challenges in a relationship.

The couple first met during their college days at George Washington University in 1991. They got married on February 15, 1998 at New York’s Rainbow Room. In 2008, Zoe's former reality show The Rachel Zoe Project which lasted till 2013, premiered on Bravo, featuring Berman in a significant role as her husband and business manager.
In 2011, the couple welcomed their son Skyler Morrison. Reportedly, they brought him along to walk the red carpet and attend several high-profile fashion events. Their second son Kaius was born in 2013. On their 23rd marriage anniversary, Rodger Berman shared a selfie on Instagram in 2021 under which he wrote:
“23 years of marriage, 2 kids, 1 global pandemic later ... and I couldn’t love you more. Happy Anniversary to the love of my life @rachelzoe #trying.”
In the same year, they launched a podcast called Works for Us, in which the couple shared the secrets of their long-lasting relationship while also learning from other well-known couples. The duo celebrated their 25th marriage anniversary in 2023. Post a picture from her wedding on her website, Rachel Zoe wrote:
“I was working 24/7 as a stylist and Rodger was in finance - both in our early 20s building our lives. I was the one that said I would probably never get married because forever with one person seemed unfathomable. Well, here we are 25 years later and life has most definitely never been boring. Looking forward to the next 25 years of love and adventure.”
In June, she posted a photo of Berman along with their kids on Instagram wishing him on the occasion of Father’s Day. She wrote:
“Happy Father’s Day to our @rbermanus one of the best to ever do it. Our boys are the luckiest and we are so grateful for you.”
Zoe and Berman celebrated their 26th marriage anniversary this year. In an Instagram post, Rachel Zoe described her journey with Berman as a wild ride. She reminisced about being his young bride and how he has always made her feel like the most beautiful woman in any room.
After 33 years together, Zoe noted that their life is never dull, always evolving, and expressed that she wouldn’t want to navigate life’s ups and downs with anyone else.
