After months of waiting by the MCU fandom, Marvel Studios has finally and officially released the first trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The trailer dropped on February 4, 2025.
The highly anticipated film is set to debut on July 25, 2025, offering a new and energetic take on Marvel’s First Family by introducing them in a 1960s-inspired, retro-like futuristic world.
The pre-launch event before the trailer could even drop ended up becoming more exciting because the members of the First Family made a surprise appearance.

The main cast i.e., Pedro Pascal, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Joseph Quinn, and Vanessa Kirby all appeared putting the audience at the event and the fans at home into a total frenzy.

A retro-futuristic take on Marvel’s First Family
Matt Shakman directs The Fantastic Four: First Steps and the film takes on a new era of superheroes in the MCU with visually appealing 1960s looks and aesthetics that have been inspired by said era.
The film follows Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic played by Pedro Pascal, Sue Storm/Invisible Woman played by Vanessa Kirby, Johnny Storm/Human Torch played by Joseph Quinn, and Ben Grimm/The Thing played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach as they find their way through the hurdles of being both superheroes and a family.
Their biggest trial comes in the form of the cosmic entity like threat Galactus played by Ralph Ineson, who is a violent space entity.
Escorting him is the mysterious Silver Surfer played by Julia Garner. With time running out of hand, the Fantastic Four must find a way out to shield the planet while remaining unified as a family.
With the first trailer now being available to watch on YouTube, The Fantastic Four: First Steps has finally commenced its journey to promotion.
The MCU fandom and fans of the Fantastic Four can expect more updates and more promotions as anticipation for the film is at an all-time high right now.
