More about Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7 million L.A mansion

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman purchased their exclusive Beverly Hills mansion in 2008 for $4.7 million. The property was initially built in 1965 and is spread across 1.25 acres, featuring five bedrooms and four and one-quarter bathrooms in roughly 4,100 square feet.

The mansion boasts a stone-and-concrete structure with a flat-top roof and a second-floor wraparound deck. The house also has shaded patio areas, a pool, and views of LA's famous canyons. The couple also have other properties across the country, including a $2.45 million estate in Franklin, Tennessee, their first joint purchase in 2007. The property is immensely private, with a long drive through wooded terrain leading up to their main house and separate guest cottage. The main house features four bedrooms and four full and two half bathrooms.

They listed their Franklin house in 2016 and found a buyer two years later, selling it for $2.7 million.

In 2008, the couple upgraded to a $3.47 million mansion in Nashville's exclusive Northumberland community and named the property Queen of Northumberland. The property features a 10,925-square-foot main house with seven bedrooms, eight full, and two half-baths. The mansion has a home theater, a 30-foot-long hobby room, and common areas for hosting. The grounds feature a large swimming pool and tennis courts.

Nicole Kidman and Keith possess multiple properties in Manhattan, Sydney, and New South Wales. In 2008, they acquired a rustic farm named Bunya Hill in Sutton Forest, NSW, for approximately $4 to $6.5 million.
