Milagro Gramz has reportedly submitted an offer of settlement in the defamation lawsuit against her by Megan Thee Stallion. However, Hot New Hip Hop has reported that the offer does not cover damages for "Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress."

Per the outlet, Milagro Gramz's offer covers damages for the following three counts mentioned in the lawsuit, save for the emotional distress: "Promotion of an Altered Sexual Depiction, Cyberstalking and Invasion of Privacy, and False Light." As reported, Megan claims that she was subjected to “a negative effect” on her “mental and emotional state.”

Here's everything we know about Milagro Gramz's settlement offer so far

Milagro Gramz's offer comes on the heels of months-long legal spats, as Megan Thee Stallion accused her of pushing false and derogatory narratives. She also accused her of cyberstalking and emotional distress.

As reported by USA Today, Megan claimed that Gramz deployed a "years-long campaign of harassment" and cyberbullying against her at the behest of Tory Lanez, who was convicted of shooting and wounding the Savage rapper in 2020. Lanez is currently serving a 10-year stint behind bars.

Megan Thee Stallion also accused Gramz of promoting an "altered sexual depiction" of the songstress, alongside claims that she is a liar, an alcoholic, and even “legally retarded” who shouldn't be without a guardian.

Megan's lawyers contended, as reported by All Hip Hop, that Milgro Gramz's behavior falls far outside the realm of free speech. Florida laws state that should Megan agree to the settlement offer. She would accept the monetary compensation and agree to drop the charges against Gramz.

However, if she denies it, the case will go to trial, where a jury could potentially award her restitution and issue a formal ruling that incriminates Gramz. Hot New Hip Hop has reported that a judge has already set the trial date to September 8, 2025.

Back in October, Megan said in a statement to VIBE:

"It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life. I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists. It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

Despite agreeing to settle now, Milagro Gramz initially fought to have the case thrown out. At the time, she categorically denied the accusations against her while labeling Megan's claims "dubious."
