King Dillon's wife has urged fans to support him during his tough times.
Amy Duggar King recently took to Instagram and wished her husband King Dillon on his birthday on the social media platform. On April 3, Amy, in her post expressed that her husband had a few medical concerns for which he was seeking medical attention.
Amy wrote:
"Happy Birthday to my favorite person on the planet! "Y’all I adore this man! Dax has the best dad on the planet and he’s so loved by so many family and friends!"
The post comprised a series of photos, including one of Dillon lying in a gurney. She continued that normally, the birthday celebrations would have been grand, but right now, King Dillon needed prayers more than anything, adding:
"Normally we’d be celebrating in a huge way but currently we are facing some possible life threatening medical concerns," Amy wrote. "Today I’d like to ask for some prayers on his behalf. I know God has him, but we welcome the prayers!! I can’t think of a better gift for him!"
Amy concluded by saying that she and King Dillon dare to get past all problems in life.
The couple got married in the year 2015 and welcomed their son Daxton in October 2019.
The couple has also landed in legal trouble a couple of times due to which they have been in headlines also.
Rent overdue lawsuit
Dillon King landed in legal trouble for failing to pay his rent on his Spring Arkansas restaurant, Wellington's which was shut in January 2024.
According to a January 2025 publication by The U.S. Sun, the judgment ordered Dillon to settle $156,909.96 in his second unpaid rent lawsuit. This came after he attempted to fight his $236,728.08 judgement
The judgement also asked Dillon to describe all his properties, including moneys, bank accounts, rights and credits withing 45 days of issuance of the order. According to US Sun, landlord of Hillcrest Holdings, LLC demands that Dillon should go to jail for not adhering to the judge's order and making no payment for the same. A motion for contempt citations and sanctions for filed by a plaintiff in the case.
“On January 2, 2025, the Court entered its Consent Judgment against Dillon King in the amount of $156,909.96. King has not paid the Consent Judgment or any part of it choosing, instead, to put the plaintiff to the arduous and expensive task of trying to figure out how to collect from him.” -- the court papers read.
The documents gave further details about the notice of deposition.
“Also on January 2, 2025, the plaintiff filed its Notice of Deposition directing King to appear for a deposition on February 11, 2025, and to bring the documents listed therein with him to the deposition. On February 7, 2025, the Court entered an Agreed Order whereby it ordered and directed King to produce the documents set forth in the plaintiff’s Notice of Deposition by no later than February 11, 2025.
Hillcrest Holdings LLC, sued King and two other business partners for the unpaid rent case. In July 2023, King and his business partners vacated the premises which was a material breach of the contract.
