Online streamer Nick Fosco, aka Lacy, seems to be a fan of rapper Aubrey Drake Graham. The Canadian rapper released his collaborative album $ome $exy $ongs 4 U with PartyNextDoor on February 14, 2025.

During an online stream, Lacy listened to Gimme A Hug from the new album and appeared emotional. At one point, he stood up from his chair and started screaming and jumping in his room. The chair fell on the ground, and Lacy picked it up while he screamed:

“Oh my God!”

Lacy wiped his tears and then paused the music to put his head down as he appeared to process his emotions. The video of the streamer’s emotional outburst received multiple reactions from social media users.

“Someone give Lacy a hug,” a person wrote.
“Drake really lockedin on this one,” a social media user opined.
“valid reaction to this elite album,” a netizen remarked.
“Bro doing too much ngl,” an online user commented.

According to HotNewHipHop, the song addresses Kendrick Lamar and Joe Budden. In the first part of the track, Drake claims credit for helping Kendrick Lamar gain recognition at the Grammy Awards.

He suggests that Lamar benefited from the attention and acknowledges his supporters, calling the song a small gesture of appreciation. The beat then shifts, and the rapper changes his flow, moving away from the feud to focus on setting a party vibe. However, he still takes a shot at his longtime critic, Joe Budden, making a pointed remark about Melyssa Ford.

Drake revealed plans for the album last August during PartyNextDoor's Sorry I'm Outside tour stop in Toronto. He told the crowd that he and PND had been working on something special and hinted that the album would be ready for them soon.

Kai Cenat reacts to Drake's Gimme A Hug

Online streamer Kai Cenat also shared his reactions to the new album as he played the songs during a livestream. He played Gimme A Hug and started enjoying its beats. After listening to the entire song, he said:

“That was crazy. Hold on, wait! That song was crazy.”

He continued:

“I ain’t gonna lie. That was a good combination of the rap, the fast rap, with the love. I f*ck with that. That’s kind of more like what I want to hear a little bit more. I ain’t going to lie like the other sh*t like cool, feel me? But that right there is more like better.”

During his Anita Max Wynn tour in Australia, Drake shared that $ome $exy $ongs 4 U includes both high-energy tracks and more personal ones. He also mentioned that the album is meant to be enjoyed with a special someone on Valentine’s Day.

Drake has also made headlines for his recent posts on his secondary Instagram account "@plottttwistttttt." On February 12, 2025, he shared a photo of Sofia Richie, who is married to the son of Universal Music Group’s CEO, Lucian Grainge.

This comes amid Drake’s ongoing legal dispute with UMG, where he sued the company for allegedly promoting Kendrick Lamar’s diss track Not Like Us. His alternative account also featured a video of Joe Budden stepping out of a car while smoking.
