More about Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's legal battle
Blake Lively previously filed a lawsuit against Baldoni and his associates on December 20, 2024, allegedly accusing the actor of s*xual harassment and a retaliatory smear campaign orchestrated by him. In the complaint, Lively claimed that Baldoni exhibited "disturbing" and "unprofessional" behavior on the sets of the movie, It Ends With Us, creating a "hostile work environment."
The lawsuit also accused Baldoni and Heath of entering her trailer "univited" while she was undressed or "vulnerable" and made claims that Baldoni pressured her to "simulate full nudity" in a birth scene and "improvised physical intimacy that had not been rehearsed, choreographed or discussed with Ms. Lively, with no intimicy coordinator involved."
While responding to Baldoni's recent $400 million lawsuit against the actress and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. which was filed in the Southern District of New York on January 16, Lively's legal team said:
"This latest lawsuit from Justin Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and its associates is another chapter in the abuser playbook. This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with concrete evidence of s*xual harassment and retaliation and the abuser attempts to turn the tables on the victim. This is what experts call DARVO. Deny. Attack. Reverse Victim Offender."
