Justin Baldoni and his studio, Wayfarer have reportedly been developing a Pac-Man movie based on the 90s arcade game since 2022. However, the project along with two other projects allegedly may stand cancelled amid his legal battle with It Ends with Us co-star Blake Lively.
A source close to the actor claimed that Baldoni has "lost three jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars" with WME dropping Baldoni and Wayfarer. However, WME had earlier claimed that they did not drop Baldoni due to the lawsuit.
On December 20, Lively filed a complaint against Baldoni with the California Civil Rights Department, accusing him of s*xual harassment while they were working on the sets of It Ends With Us. Lively also accused Justin of coordinating an online smear campaign to damage her reputation. The lawsuit named Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and producer Jamey Heath.
Baldoni has since denied the allegations and filed a counter lawsuit against Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds seeking $400 million and accusing them of defamation and extortion. Lively's team issued a rebuttal within hours of Justin filing the lawsuit saying, "This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with concrete evidence of s*xual harassment and retaliation and abuser attempts to turn the tables on the victim."

His talent agency WME, which Wayfarer Studios relied on to help package their own projects while looking for films to finance as an agent, fired Baldoni and Wayfarer.
Pac-Man's video game company, Bandai Namco is yet to issue a public statement on the situation.
Justin Baldoni has recently released video footage and other forms of evidence related to his lawsuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
