The Neighborhood Talk claimed to have accessed the court documents. They reportedly revealed that Josiah Bell is demanding half of Jurnee Smollet’s “401(k) and SAG pension” savings. Per the documents, the “401(k) and pension are considered community property.” Bell is entitled to 50% of Smollet’s earnings between 2010 and 2019, per TNHT exclusive report.

According to The Neighborhood Talk, Jurnee paid Bell $1 million in their divorce settlement. The former couple also shares a son named Hunter, and Smollet has reportedly paid $7K monthly as child support.
