Justin Bieber shared a private moment with his 7-month-old baby, Jack Blues Bieber, showing how he has embraced fatherhood and religion on his Instagram on March 27, 2025. The 31-year-old singer uploaded a carousel of images from his daily life, two of which show him holding his baby, with the caption:

“ITS CUZ I AM A MANIAC that we dedicated Jack Blues Bieber to Jesus."

Fans suspect it was baby Jack's baptism.

Since the baby's birth, Justin and Hailey Baldwin Bieber have kept him out of the spotlight. However, this post, which includes a carousel of the baby, a candid photo of Hailey, Justin in the music studio, and a few blurry shots, offers a rare glimpse into their lives as parents.

The caption has led to fan speculation that baby Jack was baptized. Justin Bieber has long been outspoken about his Christian beliefs, frequently discussing his spiritual development and relationship with God.

Though neither Justin nor Hailey Baldwin Bieber has officially confirmed baby Jack's baptism, Justin's caption suggests that their infant has already been introduced to the family's spiritual beliefs.

The Bieber's dedication to faith and spirituality

The Bieber couple has participated in multiple religious ceremonies beyond their wedding. After first meeting as kids in 2009, they reconnected years later during a Hillsong Church service in New York City.

They got engaged in July 2018 in the Bahamas, later marrying in a private ceremony at a New York courthouse before celebrating their marriage in a religious ceremony in South Carolina in September 2019.

In 2020, they shared a private baptism, which Justin described as “one of the most special moments of my life.”

The couple has frequently credited their faith as the foundation of their relationship. In 2020, Justin Bieber spoke about his beliefs and how he allowed religion to guide him in taking the "next step" with Hailey.

As reported by People in 2020, Justin Bieber said:

“I’m a Jesus follower and I just want to be led by … When you accept Jesus, he says that now you walk with the Holy Spirit. So, I think I just want to be led by the Holy Spirit”

He also continued saying,

“I wouldn’t consider myself religious. That confuses a lot of people because they’re like, ‘Well, you go to church.’ I believe in the story of Jesus — that’s the simplicity of what I believe. But I don’t believe in all the religious elitism and pretentiousness, like people are better than you because they come to church, like you have to go to church and dress a certain way. I get sensitive when religion comes up because it’s been so hurtful to a lot of people. I don’t want to be thought of as someone who stands for any of the injustice that religion has done and does do.”

Justin Bieber, a longtime ice hockey fan, hopes to share his passion with baby Jack. In February, Bieber expressed his enthusiasm for getting Jack on the ice, telling a sideline reporter:

It’s never too early."

Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs, a close friend of Bieber, gifted the Baby hitmaker a jersey inscribed with:

"To JB Jr., Peace & Love."

Justin Bieber later uploaded a photo of the jersey on his Instagram Story with the caption "4babyjb."
