Popular rapper Travis Scott is seemingly considering changing his career. The unexpected statement comes after the artist wrestled Triple H, a 14-time champion. This happened at the Elimination Chamber on John Cena's live wrestling show on Saturday, March 1. Travis Scott liked his wrestling experience and was considering taking it further, his love for wrestling.

In a video shared by Travis Scott on X on March 4, the rapper said that wrestling might be better than rapping.

'wrestling was like a whole ‘nother vibe'. Yo, it was so crazy because in the ring I was like, ‘We about to be straight bad guys.' And I was like, 'Oh, it’s about to hit.'

In the video, Triple H told Travis Scott to wait and see until he wrestled with him in the ring. Scott replied that he was 'already hooked' and plans to build his own wrestling ring at home.

"I’m going back to the H [his hometown of Houston] tonight. I’m going to the ring tomorrow! I’m about to build a ring in all the cribs."

According to an article by Variety, Dwayne Johnson (also known as 'The Rock') also spoke about Scott's enthusiasm and praiseworthy performance in the ring. He said Scott wanted to get his hands dirty and was hyped for the competition.

“He wanted to get his hands bloody,” The Rock explained. “I whispered to him as he was going out [to the ring]. I said, ‘if you’re gonna get your hands bloody, make it count. Make it count. He slapped the s— of Cody tonight. He was really, really hyped up.”

Scott is not the only artist considering switching careers. Sexyy Red also told Dazed in an interview that rapping and wrestling are the same and showed admiration for the sport. She said-

"Rapping and wrestling are pretty much the same," she said. "It’s not quite acting, but it’s kind of acting too, right? Because when we go home and take off all our jewels and gold and remove the costumes we wear, we then have to go right back to reality with our families."

In the squared circle, Scott caused an injury to Cody Rhodes as per reports in an episode of Elimination Chamber. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the injury was real and was unscripted. The host of the radio show, Dave Meltzer, said-

“Cody got hurt. I’m pretty sure it was Travis Scott that did it, he’d heard Rhodes suffered a busted eardrum and a black eye..”
