Yung Miami, one half of the rap duo City Girls, has been named in a lawsuit involving the disgraced music titan Sean "Diddy" Combs. The lawsuit was filed by a Jane Doe, who accuses Combs of years of s*xual abuse, drugging her, and forcing himself on her. In July 2022, the victim reportedly fell pregnant.

As per the legal filing obtained by USA Today, Yung Miami, Diddy's then-girlfriend, β€œharassed” Jane Doe by β€œrepeatedly calling her” and forcing her β€œto have an ab*rtion.” The case was filed on Friday, September 27, in New York State Supreme Court. The incidents reportedly occurred several times over four years between 2020 and July 2024.

Diddy's then-girlfriend, Yung Miami, reportedly forced the woman to terminate her pregnancy

According to the reports from USA Today, Diddy spiked the victim's drinks, as she was β€œcompelled to ingest an unknown substance,” allegedly ketamine, forcing her to β€œblackout.” He then forced himself on her and impregnated her. According to the lawsuit, the victim woke up with injuries and virtually no recollection of what happened to her.

In July 2022, the woman took a test in the evening at Diddy's Los Angeles home. She then discovered she was with a child. Yung Miami, born Caresha Brownlee, learned the news after the victim told Diddy and began coercing her to terminate the pregnancy. However, the woman ended up having a miscarriage. She claims she avoided contact with Combs or anyone in his circle for three months afterward.

According to the outlet, the ab*se reportedly took place right up until two months before Diddy was arrested for s*xual misconduct. The lawsuit also claims that the mogul infringed on her "autonomy," thereby "controlling her actions." Reportedly, their sessions together were recorded, instilling anxiety and depression in the victim.

Diddy gave the woman water that "tasted strange," the lawsuit claims

Per Jane Doe's claims, she met Diddy for the first time in 2020 while they were overseas. They met again in Miami in 2022, and in one instance, at one of the parties, she woke up to find her body bruised and a bite mark on her heel; only she had no memory of how that happened. Later that year, Combs "began compelling her to travel with and to him."

He would also reportedly "harass" her with several calls and texts. The last instance was in July when the woman was given water that "tasted strange." It reportedly "made her feel unwell." She alleged that she woke up the following morning feeling confused and with no recollection of what had happened the previous night, claiming that the bedroom was "in disarray."

The report also outlines the mental ab*se Combs mounted on the victim, threatening her and pressurizing her into engaging in intimacy with others, despite her pleas. The filing also outlines the victim witnessing the mogul "slap and ab*se other women." As such, when the music titan forced her to stop working, she had to comply out of fear. He reportedly paid her a sum to keep her in check.

This is the second time Yung Miami has been named in a filing involving Diddy. In March, Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones claimed that Diddy would pay Miami to be his s*x worker and would pay her $250,000 in cash to do his bidding. However, she took to X to refute all these claims that same month, claiming that she never got paid such a high amount.

Combs is detained in solitude at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail twice. He has been charged with a litany of allegations, all of which revolve around s*xual misconduct.
