Brianna Chickenfry, in a new video shared on a TikTok spam account, opened up about her life since she split from her ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan. The influencer revealed that she has gotten "so physically" sick from the breakup that she lost a lot of weight. Brianna admitted that she went from 130 pounds to 111 pounds, which she weighed at 15. While showing her alarming weight loss, Brianna said,

"This is me now. My legs are like, it's fu**ing crazy. It's not because I didn't wanna eat, obviously. I was physically sick from what I was going through mentally."

She went on to explain that she was in a constant "fight or flight" mode, and her body was "so anxious" that she threw up. Brianna Chickenfry revealed that she is now living with her mother and is afraid to go back to her home, saying:

"I’ve been really hesitant to jump back into my life... to go back to New York and like hit the ground running."

Country singer Zach Bryan and Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia met at the Academy of Country Music Awards in May 2023. The two went public with their relationship in July 2023. The influencer confirmed their breakup in a series of Instagram stories in October 2024.

"I still have this anxiety that I never had in my life" — says Brianna Chickenfry

While opening up about her breakup from Zach Bryan, Brianna Chickenfry revealed that she is struggling with anxiety and urged listeners to give her tips on how to cope with it,

"I still have this anxiety that I never had in my life so I'm still really struggling with it. I wanna know ways to cope with it and how to gain f**king weight back, so that's my question for people."

She also asked her followers to give her tips on how to gain weight, calling herself "so skinny" while wiping away tears. The influencer called the last year the "hardest year of my life dealing with the abuse from this dude."

She added that she's still "scared" of him, her brain's "rewired," and she's "scared to make him mad."

Brianna Chickenfry also said she doesn't want people to think she's not posting for attention on social media. After their breakup last month, Bryan took to his social media profiles, noting that the two had broken up and that he had "respect and love" for her.
