Rapper and internet personality, Bhad Bhabie, aka Danielle Peskowitz Bregoli, is recovering from her recent nose job. Taking to her Instagram stories on January 22, 2025, she shared a glimpse of healing with the caption:

“Day 6! Nose jobs are not for the weak!!”

She also wrote that her nose was swollen as a result of the plastic surgery. Bhabie also shared before and after images of her nose. Nevertheless, she took down her posts from the Instagram stories reportedly because of netizens bringing up her cancer diagnosis.

As seen in the viral images posted by third-party accounts, the rapper appeared to have dark circles or black eyes and social media users had a thing to say. One Instagram user (@dareal1ks) commented:

“I thought the boy beat her up again.”

Social media users suggested that Bhad Bhabie put her cancer on hold while others asked whether a nose job was allowed in between cancer treatments:

“She put her cancer on hold? Layaway? Afterpay? Klarna????? I am confusion,” a netizen (@thecurlymonae) pointed out.

“Who gets a nose job in the middle of cancer treatments?” a social media (@mytiaranicole) user questioned.

“I’m sorry, I can’t be the only one who thought her injuries were domestic abuse and not surgery,” an Instagram user (@altonkiing) opined.

Other Instagram users were surprised at what a nose job looked like:

Addressing the backlash, she shared on her Instagram stories that being honest about plastic surgery seemed to upset people just as much as lying about it, calling the criticism unnecessary.

She also mentioned her cancer diagnosis, clarifying that her doctor approved the surgery beforehand and debunking rumors about the type of cancer she has, confirming it’s not breast cancer. Bhad Bhabie urged others to focus on their own lives instead of spreading misinformation.

While she didn’t detail her health battle, she assured everyone she was managing and feeling okay. This marked her first public appearance since sharing that her weight loss was due to cancer medication.

The video reportedly included a caption expressing her distress over the situation, especially regarding her child. She followed up by posting photos of bruises on her face, which alarmed fans.
