Sabrina Carpenter reportedly registered the most voters in the US Presidential election

As per Billboard, HeadCount.org reported that the singer motivated more voters for the November 5, 2024 election than any other artist associated with the organization. Sabrina Carpenter was credited with inspiring 35,814 voter registrations and encouraging another 263,087 individuals to take additional actions, such as checking their registration status and finding polling locations.

The organization’s executive director, Lucille Wenegieme, highlighted that HeadCount saw record success this year, with over 450,000 new voter registrations and engagement from more than 3 million additional people.

She attributed this success to partnerships with popular artists like Sabrina Carpenter, Green Day, and Ariana Grande, noting that musicians have a unique cultural influence and a strong connection with their fans, especially young people.

This connection often transcends political affiliations, motivating fans to take part in shaping their future. HeadCount reported being involved in over 3,700 events this year through its “Good to Vote” campaign, resulting in close to half a million new voter registrations, with nearly half from people aged 18-24.

Sabrina Carpenter contributed significantly to her Short n’ Sweet tour, engaging fans in voting through giveaways, on-site activities, and displays on video boards, along with targeted mailers.

Since 2004, HeadCount has registered over 1.5 million voters through collaborations with artists such as Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, and Ariana Grande. This year, the organization added over 450,000 new voters and encouraged action among more than 3 million music fans, as noted in a recent press release.
