Meghan Trainor has got a breast lift and augmentation. The singer spoke to People in an exclusive interview published on March 6 and revealed that she's been considering the surgery for a while and is "obsessed" with the results:

"I have never been more comfortable in my body. Maybe it's because I'm in my 30s now and I'm better. I've been working with a therapist for a long time, trying to rewire my brain to love myself more."

After feeling that her breasts were "always saggy", after losing weight and having two kids, she was unhappy about how she felt about them. The singer's interview comes as she posted a video on Instagram on March 6 announcing her breast augmentation and lift surgery.

"Yup, I got my boobs done" - says Meghan Trainor

Meghan Trainor took to Instagram on March 6 posting a video announcing her breast augmentation and surgery after having two kids with husband, Daryl Sabara. Meghan can be seen in a collared white shirt with a beige button-up sweater, as she opened up about the reason behind her decision of getting breast implants:

"Hey, I'm Meghan Trainor and I've got some 'big' news to share. Yup, I got my boobs done."

The singer shared that her decision comes amidst the busiest chapter of her life, while she goes on tours, works, and takes care of her children, and she wanted to do something "just" for herself.

"I've got a breast lift and augmentation with Motiva Implants. Finally! After having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle, and losing weight, I couldn't be happier with my decision! I'm so obsessed."

The singer mentioned that she struggled with "loving" her breasts before the surgery. The video also featured clips of Meghan, checking out implants by Motiva USA at the doctor's. The singer mentioned that her implants have a "surface designed to minimize inflammation" to keep the tissue around the implants soft.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight Canada, published in November 2022, the singer revealed that she had lost 60lbs after having her first child. While talking about her weight loss plan, Trainor mentioned that she lost the weight in a "healthy way, the long way, the one-pound-a-week way."

The Grammy winner had also noted in a December 2024 appearance on Today show that she hits the gym three times a week to lift weights, and found weight training to be a stronger alternative to cardio.
