Boosie Badazz is weighing in on reports that Mike Tyson was paid $20 million for his Saturday night showdown with YouTuber Jake Paul. In a video on Instagram, the rapper revealed that for that sum, he'd get in a ring and fight any day.

He also asserted that he's still proud of Tyson, regardless of his loss by unanimous decision. Here's what he said:

"They done f*cked over my role model last night. My children making fun of me. Everybody talking sh*t. That man's 58 years old and went and got 20 M's. 58 years old and went and got 20 M's. I'm proud of him."

He then challenged Gervonta to a duel:

"Give me $20 million right now. Anybody give me $20 million right now. I'm jumping in the ring with Gervonta."

Mike Tyson reveals he almost died earlier this year: here's why

Legendary boxer Mike Tyson and infamous YouTuber Jake Paul took to the ring for a boxing bout at AT&T Stadium on Friday night. The fight was live-streamed on Netflix, allowing anyone with a subscription to watch.

According to WFAA, while Netflix has yet to disclose the exact payout sum to each player, Jake Paul took home a whopping $40 million, while the veteran was given half of that. In a press conference with Netflix in August, Paul let the figure slip:

"I'm here to make $40 million and knock out a legend."

With over 72,300 fans in attendance and 60 million households watching live, Jake Paul came out on top in the bout against Mike Tyson with scores of 80-72, 79-73, and 79-73. He is now the sixth opponent to win against the "G.O.A.T.". After the match, he reflected on the same:

"First and foremost Mike Tyson, it’s such an honor. He’s the G.O.A.T. I look up to him, I’m inspired by him, and we wouldn’t be here today without him. This man is an icon and it’s just an honor to be able to fight him.”

Just after the match, the veteran, who hasn't fought professionally in almost two decades, took to X to reveal that he almost died earlier this year:

"This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time. I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won. To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you."

Tyson and Paul were initially scheduled to have their showdown in July, but the former was hit with an ulcer flare-up in May, forcing them to reschedule.
