Arden Cho is celebrating the beginning of a new chapter of her life. The Partner Track star recently got engaged and announced the major relationship update via Instagram. Cho posted multiple pictures with her fiancé while donning the ring. Arden captioned the post,

“Spoiler alert: I said yes! 💍 Life’s wild, love is wilder. He fixes bones 🦴, I tell stories 🎬. He’s the calm to my chaos—the steady hand in my whirlwind life. Thank you for surprising me with the most magical night in my favorite place. 🌺 We found our way to forever, together.”

Arden Cho did not disclose the name of her future husband but described them as someone who “fixes bones,” suggesting that he is from a different profession. The actress also revealed in her post that her boyfriend proposed to her on March 31 while they were on a romantic getaway in Maui, Hawaii. Arden also wrote how her fiancé tried to keep everything a surprise and concluded her post,

“I was so sure he didn’t have a ring—glad to be wrong this time. Thank you for all the efforts, from baby and my friends.. I’m a lucky gal! Bad actor, but I love him even more for it. ❤️”

Arden Cho teased her ring a couple of days before announcing her engagement

The Teen Wolf alum got engaged with her boyfriend on their Hawaiian trip at the end of March but announced it only recently. Before she confirmed her engagement, Arden Cho teased her ring in an Instagram post a few days back. She posted her pictures donning Sau Lee’s Pearl Satin Gown, a blazer by “Love, Bonito,” and a ring. Arden Cho captioned her post,

“Another perfect day in Hawaii… will look back at this special week for a lifetime 🕊️”

The Avatar: The Last Airbender actress eventually confirmed her engagement and shared a quick story behind her fiancé’s preparations for a surprise proposal. Cho revealed that she was initially a bit upset about her boyfriend’s somewhat weird behavior,

“Cut to: Me at the airport, low-key upset because he bailed on me to go through TSA PreCheck while I was stuck in the CLEAR line. Normally, he always wants to go together, so I was like, “Okay, I guess I’ll see you in the lounge? 🙄, weirdo.””

Arden Cho explained that her boyfriend wasn’t behaving weirdly but was trying to keep everything under wraps. She added,

“He was nervously smuggling a ring through security like a dorky little spy, worried I’d spot it. (I was suspicious when he texted my friend about “her surprise birthday dinner,” and now it all makes sense.)”

The Tween Fest actress expressed happiness about everything her fiancé and friends planned. The surprise proposal was also accompanied by an atmospheric Hawaiian sunset and a performance from singer Kalo DeLeon, who shared a video and wrote,

“She said YES! 💍. Nice to change it up and perform at a surprise proposal. 🙌🏽The beach was unusually empty and the sky was putting on a show. Twas a perfect moment for these two 😊.”

The clip featured a beach decorated with pink and red roses and red and white flower petals while Cho and her fiancé walked hand-in-hand along the edge of the sea. Arden commented on the post and said they “gotta come back for a wedding in Maui.”
