On April 15, 2025, TV personality Sean Lowe shared a health update following a recent dog bite incident. In an Instagram story where he appeared with son Isaiah, he informed fans that he was doing well, thanking everyone for their support. He went on to say:

“Hey everybody! We are back. I haven’t been on Instagram since the whole dog thing. But I wanted to pop up on here and tell everyone, ‘Thank you so much.’ I mean we got thousands and thousands of messages just people wishing me well and sharing similar stories and things like that.”

In the next story, Sean Lowe thanked everyone again, saying:

“My scars aren’t as bad as I thought they would be. Isaiah likes to kiss this one here. The doctor told me that one is that’s about as good as it’s gonna get. It’s kind of red but it won’t be red forever but I’ll have a cool scar there forever but anyway thank you everybody.”

Sean Lowe expressed his gratitude for the kind and heartfelt messages he had received. Although he couldn’t respond to everyone individually, he made it clear that the support didn’t go unnoticed. He shared that he was doing well and continuing to heal. His son shared a message saying:

“Thank you for talking to daddy for nice things.”

In an Instagram post shared on March 17, 2025, Sean Lowe opened up about being attacked twice by his dog, Moose, within just 12 hours. His wife, Catherine Giudici, sat beside him during the video.

Sean Lowe discussed the series of events from the day when he got bitten by his dog

While addressing the incident in the previous video, Sean Lowe wrote that his family had been through a lot but assured that they would be alright. The incident happened on March 13, 2025, according to Sean. On that day, a few friends came over for a barbecue while Catherine went to the mall with the kids.

Since it was a pleasant night, he left the doors and windows open, which allowed some barbecue smoke to drift inside. When the smoke alarm went off, he quickly grabbed a dish towel and tried to wave the smoke away because the sound was unbearably loud. Then, he said:

“And as I am holding the dish rag, Moose comes up and, like, bites it and kind of nips my finger really aggressively, which is something that he does not do. So, you know, I kind of gave him a, ‘No, Moose.’”

Sean Lowe recounted that while trying to wave away the smoke from the alarm, Moose began biting at his feet. This time, the bites were forceful enough to puncture his shoes and wound his feet. Amid the noise and confusion from the blaring alarm, Sean firmly scolded Moose.

Right then, the dog bared his teeth and launched into an attack. It was not a quick bite out of fear but a sustained, aggressive one. Sean felt the dog tear into his arm and said he had to do everything he could just to protect himself and fight the dog off.

Even though Sean Lowe was bleeding, he managed to get Moose outside, but the dog attacked again. Sean admitted that, at that moment, it genuinely felt like he was fighting for his life.
