Jonathan Majors is gearing up to return to showbiz with his new movie, Magazine Dreams.

The actor has recently been making headlines for a leaked audio that resurfaced earlier this week. In the audio, obtained by Rolling Stone, Majors seemingly admits to having "aggressed" his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.

For the unversed, in March 2023, Majors was arrested for assaulting Jabbari physically. By the end of that year, he was found guilty of two counts of assault and harassment. His trial was highly publicized and cost him several projects, including a few with Marvel Studios.

In November last year, Majors also faced a defamation lawsuit filed by Jabbari. However, the two later settled the case.

In the resurfaced audio clip, the Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania actor can be heard arguing with Grace Jabbari. At the time, the former couple were living together in London. Majors was shooting for the web series Loki Season 2.

In the clip, he can be heard saying he was "ashamed." As he continues saying,

"I’ve never [been] aggressive with a woman before. I’ve never aggressed a woman — I aggressed you."

Jabbari can also be heard accusing her then-boyfriend of strangling her and pushing her against the car. To this, he replies,

"Yes, all those things are under ‘aggressed,’ yeah."
"That’s never happened to me."

Recently, Jonathan Majors also sat down for a conversation with Complex ahead of his movie's release. During the interview, Majors seemingly addressed the audio clip and said,

"I was so grateful that I had done my work, you know? And I’m continuing to do my work."
"Because, I mean, I can’t speak to it. But obviously—because you’re talking about it. There were vibrations, you know? Reverberations. Same as everything before, you know? But I was just—I was happy I’d done my work, you know? I was happy I had done my work," Majors added.

After being proven guilty of harassment and assault against his ex-girlfriend, Jonathan Majors was ordered to complete a 52-week-long intervention program about domestic violence. His assault case did not include jail time. However, it did change his career as an actor.

Jonathan Majors calls his life after the trial his "rebirth"

Jonathan Majors is doing a spree of interviews ahead of the release of his long-awaited movie Magazine Dreams. The movie was dropped by its distributor in 2023 after Majors' trial and was later picked up by Briarcliff Entertainment.

During an interview with Variety, Majors was asked about a new tattoo on his neck which reads "Rebirth." Talking about it, Majors said,

"I had to sit back and go, ‘OK, what are you gonna do now? Are you gonna keep going? And how you gonna keep going?"

He further recalled how he decided to learn and grow in life. As a result, he went to a tattoo parlor in New York City and got inked. Majors further talked about his "rebirth" as a person and explained that he is full of "potential." Moreover, it is a new beginning for him as he believes nothing has broken him after his "rebirth."
