On Monday, former President of the United States, Donald Trump, spent the entire day campaigning in the state of Pennsylvania. As part of this election campaign, he worked at a McDonald's drive-thru for a day.

The choice of restaurant is linked to his constant scrutiny of Kamala Harris' statement where she mentioned that she had previously worked at McDonald's.

However, soon after his day working at McDonald's, Trump fans have come up with an image of the former POTUS waving from the McDonald's drive-thru window with the word "MAGADONALD" written underneath.

However, what's interesting is that as part of his election campaign, Donald Trump has released a shirt with this image printed on it for all of his supporters to purchase.

This got a wild reaction from Twitter, some of which are as follows:

The purchase page for the shirt starts off with the announcement -

"I HAVE A McGIFT FOR YOU!"

It continues as follows,

"I am the first and only 2024 presidential nominee to work at McDonald's. But thanks to Kamala, prices for a meal are through the roof! I will Make America Affordable Again, but I'm going to need your help to do it. So before tonight's FEC deadline, I want to give every TRUE TRUMP PATRIOT a chance to order the official MAGADonald's shirt before they're sold out. CLAIM YOUR SHIRT."

The shirts are priced at $35, but buyers are urged to make a donation of at least $100 along with their purchase to support the Trump campaign.

McDonald's release a statement about this merchandise by Donald Trump

While people everywhere are sharing their opinion about this choice of merchandise by Donald Trump, McDonald's themselves have released a statement, clearing the air about their involvement in the presidential election campaign.

"As we've seen, our brand has been a fixture of conversation in this election cycle. While we've not sought this, it's a testament to how much McDonald's resonates with so many Americans. McDonald's does not endorse candidates for elected office and that remains true in this race for the next President."

While the announcement for the shirts has already been made, Donald Trump also put out a disclaimer that buyers may not receive the shirts till after the election campaign is over.
