Singer Michelle Williams recently uploaded a video on her Instagram, chronicling a horrible experience she had on a flight with Southwest Airlines. Under the post, she explained how she felt during the situation, writing:

"I was crying real tears."

Michelle Williams was one part of the three-member, Grammy nominated group Destiny's Child. Along with other members that included Beyonce and Kelly Rowland, the trio went on to win multiple Grammys and were dubbed as "one of the best selling female groups of all time."

More about Michelle Williams' ordeal on the plane

The No No No singer uploaded a picture on Instagram, showing the feet of a man who was sitting behind her in the plane, leisurely lounging in a way that his leg appeared on the armrest of Michelle's seat. Williams expressed her frustration in the caption, saying:

"I PROMISE YOU BETTA GETCHO FOOT FROM ME. Y'all this is happening neowwwwwwww on my flight and I am crying real tears!!"

Michelle Williams later clarified in the comments that the incident took place in the first class section of the plane, adding that she nudged the person's feet, to show her disapproval of the incident.

"A lot of audacity resides in that booking class … obviously!!"#seat3F the f is for feet.

She further added in another comment:

"I elbowed ‘it!’ Now I gotta take my coat to the cleaners!!!"

After landing, and safely making it to her home, Michelle Williams posted a video on her Instagram, further explaining how the person's lack of etiquette affected her.

"I made it. I made it home. I made it. I made it out alright." she started by saying.

The Say My Name singer then sang two lines from Rich Tolbert Jr.'s song, Never be defeated, in an attempt to allude to someone having overcome a difficult ordeal.

"The devil is a liar, god is exalted, never be defeated..."

She continued:

"Y'all I was almost defeated. Almost defeated with somebody's feet."

Williams added that at first she could not believe what she was seeing. She said:

"It tried to take me out. I said, 'Wait a minute. Wait, wait, wait a minute.' You ever think you see something out of your peripheral and you just blow it off?"

She clarified that she has no problem with SouthWest Airlines, and once again added that she was flying first Class.

"Ya'll, I was itching. I'm itching. A little object of some sort. And it don't matter to me what class you fly, I don't care. I still like Southwest, so, you're not gonna shame me into whatever class it was. So, people are like, 'Well, you shouldn't have been flying coach' I was flying first class. My seat was 3F ..."

The Heard a Word singer added she was taking the flight, as someone in her family had recently passed away:

"I had to be home for a death in my family, so I'm flying back to New York. I almost didn't make it because of a foot. No seriously, I just wanted to address that."

Michelle Williams also added that despite the ordeal, the person was friendly and helped her with her luggage:

"He was friendly though. He actually helped take my bag off the overhead bin, and I said thank you."

Michelle Williams in her video mentioned that she had to fly back to New York where she stars as Viola in Death becomes Her on Broadway.
