Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expecting their first child together. The former took to Instagram to announce the same on Monday. Fox has three sons with her ex, while Kelly is a girl dad to 15-year-old Casie Colson Baker.
Casie was born to MGK and his teenage sweetheart, Emma Cannon. The former was 19 at the time. While MGK typically keeps his personal lives under wraps, he occasionally takes to Instagram to offer a glimpse or two. Speaking about his daughter's influence on his life, he said at the Billboard Hot 100 Festival:
"I'd say I did a lot of what I did with songs like 'At My Best' was because of the influence of my daughter. People gotta understand that as wild as I am, I still have to go home at night and there still is someone that is sitting there like, 'I'm 6 years old and I can't handle you being as gnarly as you are."

In Megan Fox's announcement on Instagram, she can be seen cradling her belly, as she's lathered in some black slime. Her jet-black tresses are let down, and she peers into the camera. In the second image, the pregnancy test she clutches in her hand reads "YES+."
She tagged her baby daddy and used his song Last November in the post. Her caption read:
"nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️."
While it remains unsure what the caption is alluding to, it could be the miscarriage the couple underwent, as mentioned in her November 2023 poem book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. That same month, she reflected on the pangs of her loss on Good Morning America:
"I had never been through anything like that before in my life. I have three kids. So, it was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, 'What does this mean? And why did this happen?'"

Megan Fox and MGK, real name Colson Baker, made their relationship public in May 2020. They met on the sets of the 2021 film Midnight in the Switchgrass. Two years later, they were engaged. The couple have since gone through several ups and downs, but in May this year, Entertainment Tonight reported that the two are "committed to their mutual end goal of being together forever."
