Kai Schreiber is actor Liev Schreiber's 16-year-old daughter who made her runway debut for Valentino on March 9 during Paris Fashion Week. While speaking to TMZ on March 11, Liev defended his daughter against trolls who called Kai a "nepo baby."

"I don't really have many thoughts for the haters. I'm going to put it like this: What if you were a professional actor and your child decided they wanted to do something in this world? Did they have a choice of what you did?"

The actor further added,

"It doesn't matter, like, that's her life. She does what she wants with her life and I'm super proud of her. I thought she did an amazing job on the show."

Liev Schreiber shares Kai, 16, and Sasha, 17, with his ex-girlfriend Naomi Watts. Naomi and Liev ended their 11-year relationship in 2016 and announced that they will remain friends while prioritizing their children. Watts, while speaking to Net-a-Porter in August 2019, reflected on the breakup,

"We're doing things very differently. I'm pretty proud of us, corny as that may sound. We've made it our absolute priority to be good and kind to each other and we're absolutely committed to that."

Watts shared a photo of Kai from the runaway on Instagram, noting,

"That's my @maisonvalentino baby! I'm squealing with pride. Ilym @kaischreiber."

Liev also celebrated his daughter's milestone by posting on social media, noting,

"Ladies and gentlemen the one, the only, the indomitable @kaischreiberr."

Kai graduated from St. Luke's School, a private middle school in New York City, in June 2022 and celebrated her 15th birthday a year later. While speaking to Net-a-Porter in 2019, Noami noted that both her kids, Sasha and Kai, are interested in acting and attended a performance arts summer camp.

As per reports, Kai is also passionate about dance and aerial acrobatics and has been spotted attending various events with her mother. In April 2024, Kai was seen sitting in the front row with Naomi at the Dior pre-fall fashion show at Brooklyn Museum and Balenciaga's Paris Fashion Week show in June 2024.
