Indiana Jones actor Harrison Ford is good friends with Helen Mirren and both of them often expressed their fondness for each other. Ford, who is now 82 years old, called Helen Mirren 'a real cool lady' recently according to an article by Entertainment Weekly.

Mirren calls his 1923 co-star Ford 'not going to be my trailer person'. Both the actors have worked together in the Yellowstone prequel series. They became close friends during the shoot of the prequel, which was released last month. According to an article by People Magazine, Ford spoke about his camaraderie with Mirren by saying that he had fun working with her.

"We had a good time. A good time hanging out together as well as working together."

Mirren goes a step forward and calls him a bloke (as people in England call it) and that all blokes love him.

"He's what in England we call a 'bloke.' He is a guy, and because he's a bloke, all the other blokes absolutely love him, and quite rightfully, and he's always so lovely to all the other actors."

To this Ford replied and said Mirren is what is called a 'broad'.

"If I'm a bloke, she's what we used to call a 'broad' — and there's no disparagement in calling a Dame a broad."

To this Ford quickly clarified the meaning of bloke and broad.

"It means that she's a woman that has the bandwidth to hang with men — not just to be a lady with them, but to actually hang with them... She's a real cool lady."

About Yellowstone

In the prequel, Ford and Mirren play the characters of Jacob Dutton and Cara, a robust couple who cultivate the cattle empire founded in the prequel series 1883. The series begins with a grim note, which focuses on survival where Cara hunts down a man who trifles with Dutton.

The tension which was built in the first season's ending continues in the beginning of the second season. The premiere of the second season shows Dutton in a miserable state, where they have sold off all their cattle and are surviving on scraps in the winter.

Mirren told People Magazine that the backstage vibe is quite relaxed and chilled out.

"We would sit around together and shoot the s--- off-set," she said, revealing that "Harrison is not like an, 'I'm going to my trailer' person. I don't think I ever knew him [or] remember him going ever to his trailer."

Ford talks about the storyline and mentions that in the upcoming season, the family endures great pain after being separated from the family's heir Spencer Dutton. He explains People Magazine

"The pressure of everyday life in this context — especially in winter, and especially when you're beset by enemies on every edge of your life — there are financial issues that have come to their crux. There's the physical threat to the lives of the Duttons, and the family is not yet together in order to be able to push back against some of these threats."

Mirren and Ford worked in 1923 as well.
