Tony Buzbee, the Texas-based attorney representing a litany of Diddy accusers in the cases against him, is facing his own legal battles on the side. He has been accused of giving a woman an STD, TMZ claims.

Per the outlet, the lawsuit was filed in the New York Supreme Court, and the woman is going by the pseudonym "Jane Doe." She claims Buzbee has been taking advantage of her since 2018, when they first met virtually.

As for his private life, the lawyer has been married twice. He first married Zoe Benson in 1991, though they parted ways in 2017. They share four kids. He then married philanthropist Frances Moody in 2021. He proposed to her in July 2020, and at the time, the former was 52 and Moody was 28.

According to TMZ, Jane Doe is claiming that Tony Buzbee coaxed her into going out with him on a date. He "persuaded her to meet in person for a date," per USA Today. She then commuted to his hometown, Houston, for a dinner and a show.

Post that, she claims, Buzbee took her to the room he booked at a 5-star hotel, and the two then got intimate. Allegedly, Buzbee failed to reveal to her that he had been inflicted with an "incurable" venereal disease.

She claims she left the hotel the next day before she started to "feel uncomfortable sensations around her groin," prompting her to go to the hospital. Upon testing, it was revealed that she had been infected. She claims to have immediately gotten in touch with Buzbee to let him know, though his unsurprising and nonchalant apologetic response made her feel like he already knew about it.

She also accuses Tony Buzbee of attempting to keep the situation under wraps, offering free legal counsel as a quid pro quo. Despite being ashamed, she says, she continued to see Buzbee, who allegedly controlled and manipulated her.

Tony Buzbee eventually went on to represent the same in her 2021 divorce proceedings, though per USA Today, Buzbee allegedly fabricated the documents to make it look like Jane Doe had contracted the STD from her husband in 2020. The lawsuit reads,

Buzbee "knew of the risk that he would pass the disease to (Doe) if he did not take the appropriate precautions, and when that risk materialized, he manipulated her to protect himself from reputational harm using his status as a licensed attorney."

The lawsuit goes on to accuse the father of four of being violent with her, detailing an instance where he shoved a champagne flute into her face at a bar in NYC after flying into a fit of "jealous rage" over seeing Jane Doe talking to another man.

Per TMZ, the woman has the dental and medical records to back said claims up, as her front teeth were chipped.

The lady reportedly "became fearful of what (Buzbee) would do if she ever spoke out against him," which is why she never reported the event, according to USA Today.

Notably, Tony Buzbee has been dealing with claims in the same vein all of this week. Just yesterday, on December 19, a woman came forward to accuse the lawyer of abusing his power as a divorce attorney with her. Per USA Today, she accused him of legal malpractice, assault, and fraud, among other things.

However, the lawyer has since refuted the claims in a statement to the outlet, noting that all of it is "purely false." He claims the woman is part of a "conspiracy to discredit me and intimidate me from pursuing claims in the Diddy litigation." He also revealed that her legal counsel demanded that Buzbee shell out $20 million before she went ahead with the lawsuit.

"We won't just sit back and allow this criminality to continue."

Buzbee said,

"We have reported this conduct to the relevant legal authorities. And we will be suing those behind this to put an end to this egregious behavior once and for all."

Per USA Today, Jane Doe is seeking restitution in the form of unspecified damages. She is also moving to have the courts declare her divorce settlement invalid, or that Tony Buzbee's alleged legal malpractice "deprived" her of her "right to a portion of the marital assets."
