According to PEOPLE, Chelsea was booked into jail in Marinette County and released after posting a bond of $2,000. However, on October 11, she was again booked into Oconto County and taken into custody. She has been allegedly charged with neglecting a child, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of methamphetamine.
Besides these, she has also been charged with four misdemeanors. These include drug paraphernalia, illegally obtaining prescription drugs, possession of THC, and disorderly conduct.
Rosie O'Donnell has broken her silence on her daughter's arrest and shared her thoughts via an Instagram post. Sharing a picture of Chelsie with one of her kids, she penned,
"Chelsea is in the news today - this is a photo from a better time - here is the family comment. sadly this is not new for our family - chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade - we r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease #💔 #love #alanon 10.19.24."
