Dorit Kemsley is divorcing her husband after a decade of marriage amid footage that emerged of him kissing another woman.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has officially filed for divorce from Paul "PK" Kemsley, a year after they first separated. Page Six, TMZ, and People broke the news of the same on Friday, April 25. The news comes about a year after she first revealed they were parting ways in a statement in May 2024.

PK and Dorit Kemsley tied the knot back in March 2015, and in the years since then, they welcomed two children together: their son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9.

According to Page Six, the reality TV star is petitioning the courts to grant her sole legal and physical custody of their kids. She reportedly listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, and is also requesting spousal support and for PK to cover her legal fees. TMZ also broke the news that the pair did not sign a prenuptial agreement.

In the statement announcing their separation in May 2024, Dorit Kemsley penned:

"We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,”

they said in the (since-deleted) post at the time.

“To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children. We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey."

During season 14 of RHOBH, which aired in November last year, Dorit got candid about her split, asserting there was no bad blood between them:

"There was no catastrophic event, no one cheated on anyone. A week ago, there was a moment and it was over nothing. One thing led to another and we sat down like two very mature adults who love and care about one another and mutually decided that taking some space and separating is the best thing for us," she said.

She also reflected on the whirlpool of emotions she had been experiencing after their breakup, noting:

"I don't feel like I've reached a place where I know PK is not in my future," she added at the time. "At the same time, if he turned around to me tomorrow and said, ‘Dorit, I made a terrible mistake. I want to come back home. Let's have a go at this, we belong together, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.’ I don't think I could accept that. I'm gonna go a step further. I know I couldn’t."

During season 14, Dorit Kemsley claimed that her relationship with PK was “very toxic," accusing the latter of being a "full-blown alcoholic." However, the England native celebrated being nine months sober in September.
